Rafael and his wife made us feel very welcome. Very helpful with lots of recommendations for beaches and restaurants to visit. Excellent breakfasts served in a beautiful courtyard. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean, brand new, wonderfully helpful owners- Rafael.. responded within seconds to texts. Eg re restaurants, bakeries etc Beautifully decorated new rooms, spotless, ever so peaceful- so excellent soundproofing, near Malibu and Agios Georgios beaches. Near 2 tavernas and an amazing bakery. Also lent beach towels and umbrellas for free - a real bonus. Also loads of parking nearby! Went for hubbys bday and so kind- balloons, wine and a card. Ever so thoughtful. Cannot wait to flog back!

Oh we absolutely loved our stay there!💗Especially the hosts made it so comfortable and easy for us - Rafael made sure to send us all the cool locations for all the activities, always updated us about events in the village (we even got to experience some local traditional party like this! Was awesome! If we didn’t have our host telling us about it we’d definitely have missed it😂😂), also always made sure we’re feeling comfortable in the hotel, have everything we need and that’s everything is alright💗 As for the room and hotelboutique itself: it’s such a peaceful, BEAUTIFUL and unique place to stay! The rooms are very bright, all have an AC and windows to open if needed, the organisation if the room is also very beautiful and you can really see the work that was put in💗Also, i absolutely loved the idea with terrace! First of all it’s of course very cozy and perfect to chill at, secondly it also provides a chance to comfortably connect with your neighbours, which we personally enjoyed a lot💗bonus point: THEY HAVE A TELESCOPE!!! As for the location: it’s actually the best we’ve ever experienced. The nearest beach was like 5 walking minutes away! Also supermarket and restaurants nearby so there was never a problem concerning food, fresh water or quick stuff to buy💗Also yeh bus station is nearby so you can catch a drive to Corfu town twice a day if wanted (since we didn’t have a car it saved us haha)💗 Also what I want to add is that the people around in village in general are very nice and super friendly with tourists! Everyone can speak English, sometimes even German it French☝️So Hosts made a perfect choice - you not only feel well inside the hotel but also in the whole village💗 Biggest THANKS to Rafael and his wife for such a nice place💗

The facility is brand new and the beds were amazing. The area out the back has a full kitchen, hammocks, comfy chairs and tables so you can go out and have a meal out there or if you let Rafael know he will have the most wonderful breakfast for only $10E each of freshly squeezed orange juice, eggs anyway you want it, pancakes, yogurt and granola and fresh fruit - yes all that for only $10E!!! The owners are absolutely delightful and can't do enough for you. They also wash your clothes and clean the room nightly for an extra fee. The room has a great fridge and little kitchen area for making a cuppa and it is a 5-minute walk to a great supermarket and 6-minute walk to the warmest water in the beach. There are a lot of restaurants that are walking distance and there is a cute train that can take you to an area with a higher density of cafes, bars and restaurants. We hired a car and in 15 minutes you can go the other side of the island where there are great beaches.

Everything was perfect! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything is needed for stay, even coffee!:) Quiet place with a beach nearby. There are also several supermarkets around, and tavernas and rental cars. It is 50 minutes away (by car) from Corfu town, so you either need to rent a car or use buses which are limited in schedule. There is also free parking. And of course cute cats that can make your days in the morning🫶🏻 thank you!

We stayed 5 nights in this beautiful studios, its very modern, clean and equipped with every comfort (water and beer after late arrival made it great). The owner is very attentive and helpfull and gave us all the recommendations for beaches, restaurants...The breakfast were fabulous, really something not to be missed when staying here, every day different options from sweet to savory including fresh orange juice. Super recommended for a stay in Corfu as it is in very quiet part of the island and close to the most beautiful beaches.

I stayed at this studio recently and loved it! The garden is amazing — full of greenery, very peaceful, and perfect for relaxing with a coffee or book. It felt like a private little escape. The room itself is clean, modern, and stylish. The bed is comfy, the kitchen has everything you need, and the space feels open and bright. Wi-Fi works great too. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want comfort and calm. I’d definitely come back!

Everything. The place was modern, clean with every facility needed. Rafael and his wife Agnieska were welcoming, charming and frankly could not do enough for us. Their breakfasts are the stuff of legends. Just down the road was a wonderful restaurant which we went to every night. It was that good!

The breakfast was delicious! Every morning was different, and the host asked preferences, allergies, etc. The produce was so fresh and tasty. The host would message to ask what time I would like breakfast the day before, so I had flexibility in when I ate every morning. Beautifully presented in the courtyard area!

Myself and my wife had a great time, the host was super friendly and easy to contact to whenever we needed him. The room was newly done and very enjoyable to stay at.

The studios are very modern and beautifully decorated. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and very helpful with what there is to see and where to eat 🙂 I enjoyed spending time with a glass of wine in the lovely garden. I will definitely be back again.

Friendly host, nice modern design of the rooms as well as the exterior design, located in a great area near local taverns and rental shops just a few minutes away from the beach.

The whole experience was great!!! The room was amazing, cosy, very clean and functional, with great air conditioning which is so needed in the island!! The outside chill area was peaceful and relaxing. The owners were really helpful and welcoming and make us feel like home. I would highly recommend it!!

I went on my first solo trip with no plans just for the weekend to relax, I was a bit anxious at first but the hosts are sooooo nice and genuinely caring that they made me feel like home really quick! Rafa was even telling me what things I could do, and where to go every time he was seeing me around, even offer himself to drive me to Kavos!😆 Very nice people. Room was amazing, I have no words, specially the shower room. You can tell a lot of effort has been put in, on every single detail, and the terrace is so cute and chill too. I had the breakfast one morning and they go beyond expectations, was fantastic!! I definitely will come back, thank you guys so much for making me feel like home!!🫶

Very well equipped room, spotlessly clean and really good amenities. The villa is situated very close to the restaurants/shoreline road, and close, by car, to some of the best beaches on the island (Santa Barbara / Halikounas) or, by foot, to the local beach, Issos. The outside chill area was very good and the owners were really helpful, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend it for short or long stays.

Very new, great air conditioning! Nice and quiet

The room I stayed in has only just been done. Lovely decor and clean with everything you need. Thought the terrace was nice and cosy too! Clearly a lot of effort has been put into making this place what it is today and that goes a long way. Host was very lovely and welcoming!
